Braised cuttlefish “boscaiola”

Our updated version of the traditional braised cuttlefish, with the addition of a perfect mix of mushrooms, ideal with fresh polenta in autumn!

PREPARATION: pierce the pack with a toothpick and heat in the microwave for 2 minutes or pour into a non-stick frying-pan and heat gently for 5 minutes.
PERFECT SERVE: hot with fresh or toasted polenta
