Clam and tomato sauce

Convenient and choice quality, clam sauce is a favourite with young and old and a must for summer evenings.

PREPARATION: pour the ragout into a non-stick frying-pan and heat for a couple of minutes, then add the pasta when cooked and stir briefly over heat.
PERFECT SERVE: mix in a frying-pan over heat with spaghetti or linguine and a dash of grated “bottarga” mullet roe to taste!
