PREPARATION: we recommend freshly prepared croutons to garnish the dish. Use the bread you have at home, cut it into cubes and brown it with butter or evo oil in a non-stick frying pan. Once served, add a drizzle of evo oil to your soup and if you like some fresh coriander leaves!
