Salmon sauce

A versatile, adaptable sauce with a strong yet natural taste. Our salmon sauce is made with choice selected flesh of Norwegian salmon.

PREPARATION: pour the ragout into a non-stick frying-pan and heat for a couple of minutes, then add the pasta when cooked and stir briefly over heat.
PERFECT SERVE: ideal teamed with linguine or tagliatelle, with added courgettes.
