Braised cuttlefish with peas
In the best Venetian tradition, we braise our cuttlefish with the best tomato and fresh peas. A tasty main course for serving with fresh polenta!
PREPARATION: pierce the pack with a toothpick and heat in the microwave for 2 minutes or pour into a non-stick frying-pan and heat gently for 5 minutes.
PERFECT SERVE: hot with fresh or toasted polenta.
