Creamed salt cod
Traditional Venetian recipe made with salt cod, oil, salt and pepper. Enjoy at room temperature: delicious spread on toasted bread or polenta. But creamed “baccalà” salt cod is also enticing as an addition to a risotto or to garnish a creamed vegetable soup!
Our creamed salt cod is made entirely without cream, making it a choice quality product.
PREPARATION: remove the pack from the fridge twenty minutes before use.
PERFECT SERVE: spread on slices of bread or toast.
