Fish sauce with scampi
With a delicate yet mouth-watering flavour, scampi sauce is exquisite and ideal for large “paccheri” or potato gnocchi. Our variant is made without tomato, so you can fully enjoy scampi’s wonderful flavour.
PREPARATION: pour the ragout into a non-stick frying-pan and heat for a couple of minutes, then add the pasta when cooked and stir briefly over heat.
PERFECT SERVE: ideal teamed with linguine or spaghetti alla chitarra.
