Fish soup with cauliflower and prawns
An amazingly tasty soup, the combination of white cauliflower with prawns is a perfect mix of goodness!
PREPARATION: heat over medium heat in a non-stick pan for at least 3 minutes, alternatively pierce the packet with a toothpick and microwave for 6 minutes at 750W.
PERFECT SERVE: we recommend freshly prepared croutons to garnish the dish. Use the bread you have at home, cut it into cubes and brown it with butter or evo oil in a non-stick frying pan. Once served, add a drizzle of evo oil to your soup and if you like some fresh coriander leaves!
