PREPARATION: pour the ragout into a non-stick frying-pan and heat for a couple of minutes, then add the pasta when cooked and stir briefly over heat.
PERFECT SERVE:  ideal with potato gnocchi and with any pasta shape, intriguing with a few added fresh calamint leaves.
