Seafood and vegetable paella
Our version of the famous “paella de mariscos”, made with fish, crustaceans, molluscs, lots of vegetables and real saffron!
PREPARATION: cook on high heat in a frying-pan for 5 minutes, stirring from time to time; best with an added half a teaspoon of curry powder and a dribble of extra virgin olive oil. Otherwise, pierce the pack with a toothpick and cook in the microwave for 2 minutes.
PERFECT SERVE: crisp and spicy with curry flavour, served with two slices of lemon!
