Battered cod fillet
Prime quality Norwegian cod loins which we simply batter and fry. As starter or main course, cod will delight even the most discerning palates!
PREPARATION: preheat the oven to 180° and then heat the product for about 10 minutes (the oven must be very hot as otherwise the product may cook in its juices and become soggy), or heat in a pre-heated non-stick frying pan and stir for a few minutes.
PERFECT SERVE: Served crispy as cocktail finger food or as a main course, breaded cod is ideal even for the youngest children.
